Mr. Sultan has 19 years’ construction experience, been responsible for planning and project controls on many mega-size and complicated projects in UK and Middle East, including Heathrow Airport upgrade, 3rd Runway planning, London Underground upgrade Programme, Thames Water 5-year upgrade programme and Highway projects in the UK. He is the founder and CEO of NS Group of companies. Sultan has technical background of planning, critical path analysis, resource planning & optimization, earned value management, risk management. He also has been setting up and running PMOs and has led planning & controls teams successfully delivering infrastructure mega-projects. He specializes in Airside planning for Taxiways, Airbridges, terminals building and major upgrades programmes around the airport. He also has been preparing schedules for Heathrow third runway extension. Sultan graduated in 1998 with a BSC degree in Civil Engineering. He worked as a Civil Engineer in Middle East for 6 Years before coming to UK. He started working for a Major contractor in UK for 6 years and completed his master's in civil engineering during this time from University of Nottingham. He was then promoted to Senior Planner in 2006 and later known as Lead Planning Manager by 2010 onwards. He was previously the planning lead for new Heathrow Terminal 2 Programme.
