Phil has worked in the technology support services industry all his working life. Starting out as a service engineer back in the 90s, he used to repair ATMs and back office computer system in High Street banks. He now helps global banks, pharmaceuticals and media corporations to revolutionise their support models using IBM 4Walls service. Phil is a passionate communicator about how IBM is delivering real change to clients both locally and globally in this industry. He is subject matter expert on the many challenges business leaders face in supporting a modern, multi- vendor, data centre and an enthusiastic evangelist of the strength that IBM can bring to help clients transform. Phil lives in the New Forest with his wife Juanita, he’s a great cook and a keen runner – one of them has become a necessity on the other!
