In her role as a Sr. Director, Human Resources, Gail is responsible for creating value in CyrusOne, from recruitment and selection to leadership, vision and operational line management. She has a track record of performance success in motivating teams, exceeding targets and enhancing effective working relationships. With over 10 years’ experience in senior management positions, working in corporate and retail, she has gained a wealth of experience across industries. Previously having worked at ProQuest Information and Learning for 9 years, where she was HR Vice President. She led a team of 7 HR professionals and provided them with high-level HR consulting to managers and employees in assigned geographical locations. Since joining CyrusOne in 2019, Gail has been a key driving force in growing CyrusOne in Europe, she has supported the growth of the company in 3 years from 35 employees to 120 with this continuing to rise in Europe. Gail is committed to meeting CyrusOne’s strategic business objectives in the areas of talent acquisition, alignment, assessment, identification, and development.
