Elaine has 30 years construction consultancy experience providing QS, Project Controls, Project and Program Management services to tier-one clients. Elaine’s experience covers all stages of a project from business case development, procurement, and contract negotiations through construction to benefits realisation. She understands the complexities involved in delivering large scale CAPEX projects for hyperscalers. She has worked in multiple sectors including Data Center, High Tech, Pharmaceutical, Infrastructure and Commercial and is currently Project Director at Linesight supporting a circa 50 strong European team on a key, confidential hyperscale DC client account.
