Caroline Le Bihan

Caroline is responsible for leading all the marketing activities supporting growth in key segments, including EMEA products roadmap, pricing and channel communication activities.
Caroline joined Kohler Co. in 2009 and has since held several roles including Product Manager, Marketing Manager and Marketing Director. In 2011 she took over the Large Diesel Product Management role and became a key member of the joined Kohler-Liebherr team to develop the large KD SERIES. She was also in charge of the range market implementation for EMEA region in 2017. Since 2020, Caroline has been working closely with the Corporate to manage the transition from KOHLER-SDMO to KOHLER brand and develop the brand awareness in EMEA region. Caroline holds an Executive MBA from Rennes School of Business and an Engineering’s degree in Civil Engineering, from INSA school, Toulouse in France.
