TileFlow can be used for identifying the causes of cooling problems and rectifying them in existing data centers. Also, it can be used for designing cooling systems for new data centers. TileFlow displays pictures/videos of hot spots, wasted cold air, and temperature distribution in the data center. TileFlow results have been validated for real-life data centers. 

TileFlow includes the capability for transient simulations, allowing the prediction of time-dependent airflow and temperature distribution following fan or cooling failure of cooling units.
