The Sedenak Tech Park (STeP), previously known as Kulai Iskandar Data Exchange, is a 300 hectares development at Sedenak, in Johor, Malaysia, designated to attract the development of global data centres. STeP is safely secured and equipped with abundant power and water supply. Its proximity and dark fibre connection to Singapore positions it as the next major Regional Data Centre Hub for Southeast Asia.

STeP is developed by Johor Corporation through TPM Technopark Sdn Bhd, with the full support of the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC).
