Additional Engineered Metal products are available for a wide range of Industry sectors, not limited to Data Centers, including Construction, Industrial, Architectural, Safety and Security.

We understand it is frequent to have trade-offs between two of the most important components of data centers: security and cooling. High tensile and stainless-steel woven mesh and perforated metal products offer high percentage open area to enable ventilation for cooling, without compromising strength and integrity for security.

Our  experience in working closely with companies who provide end-to-end solutions for data center management, meeting our clients’ expectations every time thus resulting in quality products manufactured to exact specifications reducing downtime and disruptions to business operations.

Graepels have the manufacturing capabilities to perforate sheets and weave wire in various sheet sizes and specifications. In addition to manufacturing, we offer tailor made solutions, where required. For example, a customer’s transformer cabinet which were previously made from cumbersome frames with numerous cut-outs, have been transformed into sleek and efficient sheet metal cabinets without any framework by our in-house engineers. This design minimizes the need for touch-up adjustments and optimizes air flow.

Our experience in supplying 2D flat sheets has now progressed to supplying complete 3D kit forms, including the flooring. Our company is well-equipped to take on new challenges and is ready to discuss bespoke solutions with our customers. 

Graepels do not install our strong relationship with fabricators, ensures that we can work alongside them to provide a range of options that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
