Regaining sight of security threats

How effective are the methods we use to ensure that physical security gives us what we need? That our security plan actually works? That we maintain the necessary strength against risks and threats? We normally use performance indicators, that are based on things that we can easily count and benchmark. But these are based on a very small portion of the data we can capture and use. In fact, our research shows that most KPI systems are based on less than 20% of relevant data. What about the 80% we don’t see? In our talk we will explore and describe a new approach for regaining sight of the threats we can’t see – and for developing new, superpowers.
