Having seen many changes and transformations occur within the industry, has spent extensive time advising organisations on how to transform their business using IBM technology, in particular IBM Software solutions.
Mark's work is focused in particular on the Service Management area and the IBM CMDB,whilst also actively driving the Energy conservation agenda in IBM Software Group. Mark is the Chief Editor for the widely popular Tivoli Advisor worldwide publication and the Strategy Manager for Tivoli and is responsible for producing and delivering strategy for Tivoli solutions and industry directives.
